Change paths to data tables

The paths have been changed to match the current repository. Previously, the script retrieved the tables from the main directory. However, in the current directory structure, the tables are located in the /data folder. The paths have been modified accordingly by adding /data.

The "setw" paths that stored the created .tex scripts and the created images have been removed because they were specific to LL's machine.
